Documents required for warranty service:
The Customer must be present the original proof-of-purchase document and original product warranty card.
Purchase date, serial number and dealer stamp are mandatory on warranty card and purchase invoice
The Warranty Does not cover any of the following:
Products that does not completed the documentation shown above.
Use of the product beyond its intended purpose.
Customer misuse and local tampered
Alterations or repairs made by someone other than GEEPAS Authorized Service Center.
Damage or defects caused by use of or in connection with accessories
If the purchaser does not provide the original proof-of-purchase document or the original product

Customer products can be send to Geepas Service Center via DTDC Courier at any of nearest DTDC store across India.
Serviced products will be send back to the customer via DTDC courier across India.
